Team member expectations
Attend all weekly Business meetings
If unable to attend a meeting, message Operations leadership and send updates in the #operations Slack channel prior to the meeting being missed.
Communicate with Operations leadership regularly on topics including: bandwidth / capacity, workload, questions / roadblocks, progress, or new ideas
The expected time commitment for a dedicated member is 5 hours per week.

Assist Engineers in the writing of the Project Management Plan and Change Management Report

Carry out regular clean-ups
General maintenance; communicate with facilities for any work requests
Ensure proper safety and behavior; completion of Safety Training
Inventory of items
Room bookings and test days
Book rooms for weekly meetings, general meetings and learning sessions
Communicate with CSI for space bookings for events.
Oranize vehicle testing, including collaborating with facilities, ensure safety and team member involvement.
Organize driver testing to determine drivers for competition.

Maintain order on digital platforms
Organized online storage, such as Google Drive and Confluence
Clean out inactie inactive users regularly on all platforms, especially Drive and Slack
Subscription management: keep track of access credentials for all online platforms and subscriptions
