Installing the Software

Go to this link: https://download.ansys.com/
Sign in with your @northeastern.edu email address
Click “send verification code” and enter the verification code you receive
You will then be asked to fill in a bunch of fields to create an account
When you are asked for a customer number, enter 1166850

Connecting to NER Licensing

License access requires being on the campus network, either in-person or via the VPN

Just open settings and add the nerpdm.coe.neu.edu server (and port 1055)!

Just open the “Features in use” tab and check out what it lists!
