Big Binder Guidelines

General

  • Buy the biggest binder they sell (3”)

  • Get reimbursed for the binders

  • Don’t take apart binders from previous years

  • Make the respective docs when engineers start working on comp docs (IN THE FALL)

  • Add links to the Binder docs as they’re created

  • If you can’t find a link, ask the Pres, CME, or CEE

FHE

Electrical

  • ESF-1

  • ESF-2

    • Include Schematics from the Doc Seperately (so they are enlarged & clearer)

Mechanical

  • Structural Equivalency Sheet (SES)

    • Printing takes a while because printing an Excel sheet is finicky. We want to make sure that no images get cut off when printing.

  • Impact Attenuator (IA) Data

  • Design Report

  • Design Spec Sheet

Competition Equipment

  • Note: We usually reuse (literally copy paste) this section year-to-year unless we replace equipment.

  • Driver’s Equipment

  • Safety Equipment
