Attend all weekly Business meetings
If unable to attend a meeting, message the Outreach Lead and send updates in the #outreach Slack channel prior to the meeting being missed
Communicate with Outreach Lead regularly on topics including: bandwidth / capacity, workload, questions / roadblocks, progress, or new ideas
The expected time commitment for a dedicated member is at least 5 hours per week

Recruitment
Organize logistics and messaging for tabling events. Current tabling opportunities we participate in include: Student Involvement Fair (Fall), COE Club Fair (Fall), Winter Involvement Fair. Ensure creation of and organize disbursement of recruitment materials. Current methods include: flyers, virtual flyers, social media posts, Slack posts, weekly emails.
Coordinate with connections in other colleges (i.e., Khoury, D’Amore) to help expand NER’s recruitment reach through college-specific tabling events and marketing materials where clubs are invited.
Member Engagement
Plan, advertise, and host events for club members to help foster connections / community and increase involvement in NER. Planning includes all logistics including reserving rooms or locations off campus. Develop non-event opportunities for community-building within the club (ex: music league, caption contest, photo contest, etc.).
Marketing
Create multimedia content in adherence with brand guidelines. Maintain NER’s presence on social media by creating and posting regular content. Support recruitment efforts by providing or assisting in the creation of any needed content. Develop content of NER’s website to convey recruitment, sponsorship, and general information aspects of the club. Responsible for promoting NER’s defined values and mission both internally and externally.
Branding
Ensure that NER leadership maintains a brand with defined mission and values. Work with the entirety of NER leadership to ensure mission, vision, values are developed, agreed upon, and documented. Handle all aspects of merchandising, including design, interest and order forms, placing order, organizing disbursement. Review style (“branding”) guidelines at the beginning of each semester and look for areas where improvements or updates are needed. Create and maintain a slide deck template for all club members to use.

Club Culture Projects
Oversee data-focused projects related to club culture (values, network, etc.) to be used in marketing and branding.
